We usually process and dispatch within 24-48 business hours.
 Post dispatch, It takes 2-7 working days up to the location to deliver

 We share all the Updates from Pickup to Delivery directly on the contact number shared with the address

Exchange, Return & Refund

Oh Girl Accessories has no Return/Exchange policy.
However, if you have received a Damaged / Tampered / Wrong article, your order will only be eligible for Exchange.


Please note:
No complaint will be considered without an unboxing video. With an unboxing video, defects/damage in the article will be considered.

You need to share Your Details, Including Order ID | Email ID | Name | and Instagram ID/Name, along with the unboxing Video within 24 hours of receiving your parcel on our customer care number +91 9289401508


Exchange process :
Our maximum response time is 48 working hours due to bulk messages.
Once we get to see your case, Our Customer Care Executive will examine the entire issue and cross-verify it with confirmation – If the Shared Unboxing Video is Fake / Re Packed / Not from Start to end / Issue / etc, We will not be able to entrain the case.


Note: Make Sure the article is original and unused, with Intact packaging and tags.

On the other hand, if everything is okay, we will approve the exchange.


Once you are eligible for Exchange

  •  We will send you the Shipping Label from our side in Digital Form, like a PDF.     
  •  You must pack a particular article like the one you received – Safe and secure with bubble wrap.
  • Make a printout of the label and paste it into the package. Within 24 hours of sharing the Label, Our delivery boy and Pick up the Parcel from our Address.
  • We will Dispatch the new Article only after Receiving and Reviewing the Return Parcel.


Note: Please remember that we are responsible for the article exchange; the shipping charges are entirely at the customer's cost.

  • The customer has to self-ship it.

  •  Please use a reliable courier service to ship the product(s) and share the tracking details once the products are shipped.
  • Once we receive your parcel, our team will get in touch with you for the shipping charges to resend the parcel with the correct size to your address


Refund Process :
Although we don’t have any option for a Refund in any case at any time,
A refund will be issued as a credit in the form of a coupon code only.
The coupon code has a one-year validity from the date of issuance and can be used at any time within the one year for your purchase.
